    Chef Of The Day

Its Sunday today. I woke up at 8.30 in the morning to find out that mom and dad were not at home. At first, I thought both of them went to that Muthu Shop at Jalan Kayu to have their morning breakfast. I sat in front of the CPU desk to check my mail. I was shocked to look at the clock. Its almost 10 and they are not back yet. I was wondering what took them so long to get home. I am disappointed at first because I havent had my breakfast yet at all. I am thirsting and decided to get a glass of clear water in the kitchen. And guess what. I saw food. Oh my god! I have been waiting to have breakfast for like, say, an hour ago. How dim-witted and stupid can I be? Mom prepared food. Why didnt she tell me before she went out? Yeah, I understand that I was snoozing at that time but that did not mean she do not have other alternatives of informing me. She could write a message on a piece paper or better yet, text me about it. On the contrary, I am still clueless where they were. Bear in mind that its already noon. I tried to play a so-called a guessing game with myself and I thought, perhaps this time, I guessed it right without qualm. They both went to my granddads home in Malaysia. I just remembered about their Sunday plan.

As mentioned earlier, mom prepared food. Yeah I am pleased for it. In spite of this, I was again disappointed because she fails to prepare my lunch. I could just heave a sigh. Perhaps I have to be independent only for today. This time, why not I become the chef. Anyway, its been awhile since I last cook. (Dont you know that cooking is my passion?) I messed with everything inside the refrigerator to look for any ingredients that are available. Okay. I saw green chillies, anchovies, spring onions, dried ginger, white onions, and shallots. I took them out and already planned to make my own dish and that is my very own Fried Rice.

    BYE BITCH! =)
