Dieting Books Are Of No Use And Why? I Tell You Why

Personally, I don't get why people read books on "Weight Loss Diet", "The Fat Smash Skimpy book" or whatever. I think it's just stupid.

Who bothers to read a book which has the size of an Oxford Dictionary that teach us (them) the right way to go on a diet?

First, it's common sense okay. If you think you wish to thin down your body, it's that obvious that you have to stop eating! Perhaps, eat less. Make sense?

Tell you what! Books like that don't work sometimes. The author might duped you. You're so stupid that you've been duped with his/her US$25 (I made up the price for some purpose) goddamn dieting book. The author could have been some amateur writer out of nowhere who finds his inspiration from "I don't know where".

Yes, I'm a cheapo. I'm a cheapskate in reality. So what? (scream that phrase like Tyra does). In times like this, you have to use your bloody brain cells and ask yourself if it's worth it to get those dieting bible or crap? If I were you, I'll invest myself and get few copies of Fashion Magazines and why? You know, fashion magazine thinspired me so much because there are over hundreds of photos of thin models in that one magazine. See, I don't have to read thousands over words from dieting book at all. I just look at photos and that's it.
