Tommy Hilfiger A Racist?
I'm sure many of you watched the recent taping of the Oprah Winfrey Show where her guest was Tommy Hilfiger. On the show, she asked him if the statements about race he was accused of saying were true. Statements like'...'If I'd known African-Americans, Hispanics, Jewish and Asians would buy my clothes, I WOULD NOT have made them so nice. I wish these people would *NOT* buy my clothes, as they are made for upper class white people.' His answer to Oprah was a simple 'YES'. Where after she immediately asked him to leave her show. The suggestion? Don't buy your next shirt or perfume from Tommy Hilfiger. Let's give him what he asked for. Let's not buy his clothes, let's put him in a financial state where he himself will not be able to afford the ridiculous prices he puts on his clothes. BOYCOTT. PLEASE SEND THIS MESSAGE TO ANYONE YOU KNOW. Then send it to the whole community that's not white people and see the result. We have to see the result of unity. Let's find out if Non-whites really play such a small part in the world. Stop buying any range of their product, perfume, cosmetics, clothes, bags, etc. THE WHOLE PARAGRAH WAS EXTRACTED FROM AN EMAIL. YEARS BACK? MONTHS BACK? TODAY? WHATEVER! Oh well. I wonder if ya'll gonna believe this because I don't buy that. I don't know how it originated either. Those bitch might have been sick in the mind. So yeah, here is the video I found inside my closet. Anyway, how cruel can human be? Is rumour a fun thang? p/s: I know this has long dued. Who cares? The past thang is new again, no? Bad Bad Fashion Found At Takashimaya
Welcome To My First Edition Ever Of "Fashion Blister" ![]() I hereby declare first (to prevent flaming) I am not very good a dresser myself because I do not have a very acute sense of colour (I lied again), style and coordination but I know a disaster and a victim when I see one ya'll! If you fail to notice anything wrong, wonderful, and if you are as sartorially challenged as what I've seen, please leave me your contact or send me picture to my email address because I think you might have potential. Anyway, moving on. As we know, money can buy you pretty things, like that designer bag which the bitch from nowhere was holding. However, it cannot buy your style. I heard metallic are in this season (really?) but like in the case of ‘My Heart will Go On’, beating the life out of a good things kills it. Okay, bad analogy. But you get the idea. This lady was caught wearing a totally sequined top that looks like she was going odd for her night job as a stand-in for the giant mirror ball in Ministry of Sound’s main arena because it called in sick. Not only that, she’s wearing dark, glossy ‘thing’ (Shorts? Bermudas? Legging? Knee-Length Pants? I don’t know anymore!) that I couldn’t tell whether it was a dark metallic colour or a glossy PVC thing. Hahaha. Now repeat after me: Too much of a good thing ain’t good. Oh my gosh. It makes me want to cry and I haven’t even start on her hair. Labels: Bitching, Designers, Disgusting, Expensive, Fashion, Horrible, Runway, Shopping

GUCCI Is So Common Ya'll !!!!
Have you had this sorta feeling while you're at town, people around you simply carrying the same bag everywhere? Yes, the size does not matter to me but what got me annoyed is when people carrying the same brand of bags. I was at town yesterday night with a friend. Do you know what I did as I was heading to Orchard Hotel from Takashimaya? I simply observed every people's bag and I tell you what. There seem to be more and more people carrying Gucci bags. The brown monogram one. If you go to Orchard Road, I bet you will be able to see a person carrying one like every 5-10 mins. No, this isn't a joke! This is what I saw yesterday. There are even 2 person carrying the same bag walking passed my friend and I while we were sitting outside Chanel Boutique. Oh maybe I'm wrong. Even in the heartland areas, those aunties are carrying it to the supermarkets (placing seafoods stuff into your Gucci bag? I'd think twice, baby). The million dollar question is, does anyone know if they are real? For me, I don't really care about designer bags and why? All bags no matter how pricey they are, comes with wear and tear. But hey, common doesn't mean that it is fake. I think alot of Singaporeans are rather affluent nowadays. Maybe some people save lesser (or don't really save) and spend all their money on such stuff. Sometimes it is a matter of whether you want to spend the money or not. A designer bag like that could typically costs S$500 (for coach). Every Singaporean (94% of them) can afford S$500 easily. I strongly believe that. It's just that, do you want to spend that S$500 on a designer bag? On new cellphone and some clothes? Or save up? Agree with me, no?? p/s: I saw a friend of mine at Vivocity earlier carrying that S$800+ Gucci bag. Not again!! PPP/SSS: DID ANYONE TELL YOU THAT BAGS FROM LOUIS VUITTON, GUCCI, COACH, GUESS ARE SO COMMON? ARE THEY FAKE?? FUCK-OFF FAKERS =) Labels: Bag, Bitching, Designers, Fashion, Faux, Real, Rich |
