Recently, there was an "Aids" event held at Supperclub and one of the programme they had was a fashion show. Underwear fashion show to be exact .................... for men and only men. That'a right.

You girls should be there because you will get to see the unexpected. Hahaha. Semi nude/half naked male models from I don't know where (they look like those NewUrbanMale Models to me for some reasons but I maybe wrong though.).

Carbohydrates And Proteins Are Evil

THEY are not overweight, but they think they are.

Excuse me, who are the "THEY" here? I'm sorry but I have to let you know that I'm not one of them okay. As you all already know, I'm not suffering from any weird sorta illness like what again? Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa? Oh come on! I know myself too well. Like I've said. I know how to look after myself. Just stay away from me okay.

Besides, I don't binge on food. I don't eat as and when I like ya'll. I set my own limit for eating and I always take note of that.

This is serious.
As the saying goes, 'I am determined to stay lean, no matter what it takes'

You can call that bullshit or whatever shit you can think of okay. I don't care any shit comes outta your mouth. Whatev.

Just for the record again, I further reduced my intake of carbohydrates and fats, and consumed fewer than 1,000 calories a day ever since September 2007 and why? Well it is because my mantra says, 'carbohydrates and proteins are evil'. Thus, I should stay away from them for good. My high-protein, high-calcium and high-fibre diet consists mainly of biscuits, fresh salads and definitely not boiled vegetables. Usually, I bought salads at any fast food restaurants near or faraway from my home. They have it there and it tasted hell better than home-made salads! Trust me.

If you would to ask why the hell I don't boil vegetables at home and just eat that instead of salads because salads are super pricey.

First of all, boiled vegetables taste DISGUSTING and GROSS. Why would anyone eat boiled vegetables? Oh my god, I'd rather throw myself instead of getting tortured with boiled veggies! For me, personally, everything you do, you have to invest and sacrifice abit in order for you to feel happy later on.

Take me in an instance. I bought salads every time for my meal and that's what I meant by investing myself. If you want something to make it happen right before your eyes, the least you can do is to fork out those money and do some investment to yourself. Get it?

So anyway, I'm weighed 54kg or 55kg now. I'm standing 1.73m tall and I have a 26 inch waist ya'll. However, I have a huge thigh! You know that I super duper hate it. Why thigh exist in the first place?

Skinny Is The New Lean

I’ve been pondering that lately. This week’s eating plan is vegan? I decided to really give vegan a fair shake (even though everyone I’ve ever met that was a vegan was fat)… so I’m making it a slow-carb vegan week. Hahaha. Whatever.

I’m not eating noodles, potatoes (but I just did. Does French Fries counts?), carrots or any other high carb vegetable.

I have my doubts about rice. According to low carb theory, white rice is just as bad as bread, noodles, potatoes and other pure simple carbohydrate based foods. Eating rice should make you fat under low carb theory.

But wait! Rice is the staple diet of 1/3 of the world’s population. Most residents of all Asian and African countries eat a ton of rice… and are the thinnest people in the world. Duh! They are thin because they ate only rice. Where is the protein -- chicken, beef, pork etc?

It is also a staple in central America. Costa Ricans eat a LOT of rice. They are thinner than North Americans. What gives?

I’m really not sure. Initially I thought perhaps refinement was the culprit. Most low carb advocates acknowlege that carbs that are fiber simply don’t count as evil. In fact, fiber carbs might actually count in reverse and help weight loss.

I really don’t know. I’m completely baffled by the rice conundrum. It seems to be a high carb item that should be just as fattening as bread, noodles and potatoes, but… the fact is that billions of people eat a ton of rice every year… and are still skinny.

What do you think? How can that be explained?

But here's a little something I wish to inform you people. I've stop eating rice for close 4 months and surprisingly, I loss huge amount of weight. I'm abit skinny but I still look fat. I don't know.

Clumsy Carmen Tripped During The Runway

I died when I looked at this. But then, I've a mix feeling when models or whoever tripped and fall while strutting down the runway. You know it is embarassing to fall in front of over 50 invited guests, staring and looking at you with their weird expressions. What do you think?
